Civic Party legislator Audrey
Eu has accused chief
executive-elect C Y Leung of
piling one lie upon another in
order to explain away illegal
structures discovered at his
home on the Peak.
Ms Eu, a
barrister, says it's clear
from legal documents that he
was advised about possible
unauthorised works by his
lawyers. And this has been
compounded, she says, by new
reports that his property
encroached upon common areas,
along with government aerial
photos documenting the
appearance of some structures
after the home was purchased.
