'Occupy Central' threatens action

Organisers of the "Occupy Central" movement say they will start promoting the protest - due to take place next year - if the government's proposals for universal suffrage fall below international standards.

Associate Professor of Law at the University of Hong Kong, Benny Tai, said they hope to persuade at least 10,000 people to join the planned act of civil disobedience.
