Lenovo boss to share bonus with staff

The world's biggest maker of personal computers, Lenovo, says its Chief Executive, Yang Yuanqing, will share his annual bonus of US$3.25 million with 10,000 employees -- mostly in mainland China.

Each worker will get a bonus payment equivalent to about a month's salary this month.

The company said the payment was personally funded by Mr Yang who believes he has the responsibility to ensure workers understood the impact they have on the company.
