在 今 日 高 度 重 視 「人 權」 及 「平 等」 的 社 會 裡 ， 「歧 視」 依 然 存 在 於 我 們 周 遭 。 小 朋 友 能 否 在 一 個 和 諧 沒 歧 視 的 社 會 中 快 樂 地 成 長 ， 還 看 成 年 人 為 他 們 締 造 怎 樣 的 世 界 。 節 目 透 過 一 班 來 自 不 同 背 景 及 種 族 的 小 朋 友 的 對 話 ， 以 生 活 化 手 法 反 映 出 接 納 不 同 種 族 及 不 同 文 化 的 主 旨 。

In a society which highly values human rights and equality, discrimination is very much in evidence around us. If the children are to grow up happily in an environment without discrimination, the adults have to create a better world.

"Children Without Frontiers" is a radio programme to promote the spirit of equality and acceptance. By means of plays and songs presented by children actors and local celebrities, the message of "We Are One World" is passed on to the young audience in a light hearted and attractive way, so that our next generation will be able to accept other people and understand their cultural background and customs.
