1. By accessing rthk.hk ("RTHK Website") or any of its webpages, you unconditionally agree to the terms of this IPR Notice and as they may be modified and/or supplemented from time to time by Radio Television Hong Kong ("RTHK") of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Government") without prior notice to you. Please check this webpage regularly for any modifications and/or supplements which may be made.

2. Unless otherwise indicated, the contents found on the RTHK Website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, drawings, diagrams, audio files, video files, radio programmes, television programmes and online productions ("Contents") are subject to IPR owned by the Government.

You may download or access the following Government IPR protected and third party IPR protected Contents found on the RTHK Website in the manner specified below for non-commercial personal use or non-commercial internal use within an organization only: (a) Contents provided under DOWNLOAD Zone and PODCASTS sections of the RTHK Website may be downloaded; and (b) Contents other than those referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above may be accessed only by streaming online via LIVE or ARCHIVE sections of the RTHK Website. For the avoidance of doubt, the copy or copies made pursuant to this Paragraph must not be for sale, or exchange for any benefit, gain, profit or reward without the prior written permission of the Government.

4. The Government reserves the right to withdraw any permission given in Paragraph 3 above at any time without any prior notice to you.

5. Prior written consent of the Government is required if you intend to reproduce, adapt, make available to the public, distribute or otherwise use any Government IPR protected Contents found on the RTHK Website, in any way other than that permitted in Paragraph 3 above, or for any purpose other than that permitted in Paragraph 3 above. Such requests for consent shall be addressed to webmaster@rthk.hk.

6. Prior written consent of the third party IPR owners concerned is required if you intend to reproduce, adapt, make available to the public, distribute or otherwise use any third party IPR protected Contents found on the RTHK Website, in any way other than that permitted in Paragraph 3 above, or for any purpose other than that permitted in Paragraph 3 above.

7. Hyperlinking to the RTHK Website or any of its webpages is not allowed unless with prior written permission of the Government. Such requests for permission shall be addressed to webmaster@rthk.hk for the Government's consideration. The Government reserves the right to withdraw any permission given to any hyperlink requests at any time without any prior notice to you.

8. For the avoidance of doubt, the permission given in Paragraph 3 above does not extend to any contents on other websites linked to the RTHK Website. If you intend to reproduce, adapt, make available to the public, distribute or otherwise use any contents on or to hyperlink to any such linked websites, you shall obtain all necessary authorisation or permission from the IPR owners concerned.

9. This IPR Notice has been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
