走訪於不同農地工作的友好，讓復耕參加者分享體驗，以及探討如何更有效地善用資源，使香港農業能更有效率地生產，讓更好的食材能夠送到我們的餐桌。

By visiting different farmlands, the programme invites participants of re-farming to share their experience and discuss how resources could be more effectively utilised, so as to enhance local agricultural productivity and outputs, and improve the quality of ingredients.
