1. Hit the road
解作「上路」的意思，可以用來形容出發去旅行，或者比喻一個新的開始。
“We packed our bags, said goodbye, and hit the road before sunrise.”
我們收拾好行李，告別親友，天還沒亮就出發了。
2. At the crack of dawn
就是「天剛亮」的意思，通常用來形容早起活動，比如看日出、趕飛機或跑步。
“To catch the sunrise at the Grand Canyon, we woke up at the crack of dawn.”
為了看大峽谷的日出，我們天還沒亮就起床了。
3. Off the grid
帶有「斷網」的意思，通常用來形容露營、鄉村生活，或者單純想遠離科技的日子。
“We spent a week off the grid in a cabin deep in the mountains—no phone, no Wi-Fi, just nature.”
我們在深山小木屋待了一週，沒手機、沒網路，只有大自然。
4. Off the beaten path
指一些冷門、遊客少的地方。
“Instead of going to Paris, we explored a small French village off the beaten path.”
我們沒去巴黎，而是跑到一個冷門的法國小村莊探險。
