1. Blow the fuse

突然大發雷霆（像保險絲燒斷一樣爆發怒火），形容情緒失控。

“Don’t blow the fuse over such a small mistake. It’s not worth it!”

別為這種小錯誤發飆，不值得！

2. Get your wires crossed

形容資訊混亂而產生誤會（像電線交錯導致信號混亂）。

“We got our wires crossed. I thought the meeting was at 3 PM!”

我們搞錯了，我以為會議是下午3點！

3. Reinvent the wheel

形容白費力氣去做一些沒有貢獻的事（像重新發明輪子一樣多餘）。

“Using a new app for this simple task is just reinventing the wheel.”

用新軟體做這簡單任務根本是多此一舉。

4. Push one's buttons

指故意做某些事去激怒某人（像按鈕觸發反應一樣）。

“She knows how to push my buttons by leaving dirty dishes.”

她會留下髒碗的碗盤來激怒我。

5. Not rocket science

形容事情沒有想像中那麼困難（又不是火箭科學，因此並不複雜）。

“Figuring out this app is not rocket science, but the manual makes it seem so.”

搞懂這APP根本不難，但說明書寫得很複雜。
