Canada-India soaring diplomatic relations / Rising tensions in the Korean peninsula

On Friday's Backchat, Global Focus talks about the ongoing diplomatic rift between Canada and India.

Both countries expelled each others' ambassadors after Canadian investigators named India's High Commissioner a "person of interest", following the murder of Surrey-based Sikh separatist leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that India made a "horrific mistake", suggesting that Indian authorities violated Canada's sovereignty by allegedly conducting covert operations against dissidents.
India strongly refuted Canada's allegations as "preposterous", accusing Prime Minister Trudeau of trying to gain votes from the over 700,000 Sikh Canadians ahead of next year's elections.
How damaging has this been to Canada-India ties? We'll find out.
After 9:30, we discuss tensions in the Korean Peninsula, after North Korea began blowing up roads connecting to the South.
