On Monday’s Backchat, we looked back at Hong Kong Sevens rugby tournament that was held over the weekend.
In an electrifying final, Argentina's men's team defeated France 12-7; and in the women's tournament, the Kiwis maintained their dominance for the third consecutive year, securing a 26-19 victory over Australia.
This year’s Hong Kong Sevens was the first major event being held at the brand-new Kai Tak Stadium. Many regarded the tournament as a major stress test for the facility ahead of a busy lineup of mega events over the coming months.
How did everything go? How did hotels, restaurants and bar perform? What more can be done to improve visitor experience?
