Taylor Swift phenomenon / Hong Kong's increasing obesity rates

    主持人:Jim Gould and Car Ha

On Wednesday's Backchat, we're looking into the Taylor Swift phenomenon.
With many millions of fans globally, the 34-year old singer is regarded as one of the most popular of our times, with surveys estimating that more than half of US adults identify as "Swifties".
In south-east Asia, she's currently performing six sold-out concerts in Singapore before a total of 300,000 fans, with some analysts suggesting that 70 percent of them are from overseas.
The Singapore government has said a grant paid to the singer to perform in the city is not as generous as some reports have stated, but the economic benefits make it good business.
Could other cities, including Hong Kong, replicate Singapore's strategy?
After 9:45, we'll talk about calls for Hong Kongers to lose weight and exercise more, with figures showing that half the population is overweight.
