Sports arbitration / Breakup and divorce survey

On Monday’s Backchat, we’re talking about plans by the government to establish a sports arbitration resolution mechanism.

Citing the complexity of sports related disputes, authorities announced that they would launch a pilot scheme to deal with contractual disputes related to sports events.
Some legal experts say that such a system could help resolve incidents such as the Messi no-show saga more quickly and amicably, without having to go through lengthy proceedings.
How does sports arbitration really work? We’ll find out.
After 9:45, we talk about relationships as a new survey found that 9 out of 10 respondents experienced a breakup or divorce at least once.

    9:05am-9:45am: Sports arbitration

9:05am-9:45am: Nick Chan, Director of the AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre
