Welcome to Friday's Brunch with Noreen. At 10.10 we're chatting with fitness coach Nathan Solia about the benefits of cardiovascular exercise. After 11, we'll hear an excerpt from our Saturday morning show 'Lion Rockers' with Robbie McRobbie, the former CEO of Hong Kong China Rugby, who has since taken up a new role with the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. Sitting in for Noreen Mir today, Andy Dembina chats with some creative guests. At 10.10, John Batten, veteran art critic and reporter in Hong Kong, currently published by the the International Association of Art Critics, reflects on the big art big fairs just held in town; as well as on what seems to be a growing assortment of arts events held at around the same time. At 11.10, Andy is joined by Hong Kong Women in Publishing Society (WiPS) members, Natalie Wong and Bhakti Mathur, both published in the recent annual book: 'Imprint', edition 22, showcasing various written forms. They'll read from their pieces and discuss their writing. WiPS committee member Rinkoo Ramchandani also joins to describe how the book comes together.
