It's Monday's Brunch with Noreen, and we start with Trash Talk at 10.10. This week, Marcy Trent Long speaks with Richard Ekkebus, Culinary Director at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, to find out how he and his team earned the Michelin Green Star for sustainability in 2022 and 2023. At 10.40 we're chatting award-winning producer, director and writer Bizhan Tong about his latest work, which is the new cinematic take on Tape, originally written by Stephen Belber and then adapted into a film by Richard Linklater. At 11.10, we're joined by Saadia Usmani for this week's 'Chinwag'. Today we're talking about the death of a pet. Finally, after 11.30 we'll turn to Operation Santa Claus and this year we’re raising money for 11 Charities. One of the charity projects is called 'Finding a way to my heart', which is organised by Silence Limited - a charity that aims to bring deaf and hard-of-hearing people together and promote social inclusion. Rachel Liu went to visit their centre in San Po Kong, and met up with Ken Ng, the Operations Director of Silence Limited. Do get in touch with your song requests and comments on Facebook.
