This week, we'll hear about the first edition of the ART021 HONG KONG Contemporary Art Fair, that’s underway at multiple venues across the city. Then there's Hong Kong’s first-ever Portuguese Sardine Festival that's just kicked off. Is it really just about sardines? Also, food intersects with art again on the show, with soy sauce proving to be no mere condiment for Chinese artist Yang Jiechang. And finally, you can find out all about leather crafting, right here in Hong Kong.
