He was invited by the University of Hong Kong to give a talk entitled “ Brokering Capitalism in Maoist China.”

In this week's episode, we will talk about medical humanities. Professor Peter Singer from Princeton University will present arguments against beliefs of equal value of human life, brain death and whether it is always wrong for a doctor intentionally to take a human life. Professor Singer was invited by Hong Kong Ethics Lab and HKU’s Medical Ethics and Humanities Unit to give a talk entitled “Life and Death Decisions in Medicine”.
