Ruchir Desai, Fund Manager at Asia Frontier Capital, says Asian frontier markets have been outperforming as a result of factors including the aggressive US Fed, the stronger US dollar and higher commodity prices. He adds that numerous central banks in frontier markets have already significantly cut interest rates with inflation easing.
