Paul and Carolyn (AKA the Pop Fugitives) are plotting to make their Escape every Sunday morning between 9 and 1.
Join them on the Sunday Escape to hear the best in new music, including three tracks from their album of the week, along with a carefully curated selection of classics, plus interviews with guests from all over the city and beyond. There’s also occasional live music in the studio and all the details of upcoming music events in Hong Kong.
On top of all that is “Biscuit Review”, now a Sunday Escape institution, a feature perfectly designed to complement the most eclectic mix of music on Radio 3.

Back from a weekend away at Clockenflap, Paul and Carolyn return with all their tales from the festival, as well as interviews with Yard Act, IDLES, The Beths, and Squid. There’s also plenty of new music too, with brand new tracks from BMX Bandits, Real Estate, Adrienne Lenker, Jonathan Rado, Frog, BIG SPECIAL, Nadine Shah, MGMT and more, in what is likely the last big release of new music before Christmas records take over.
