Paul and Carolyn (AKA the Pop Fugitives) are plotting to make their Escape every Sunday morning between 9 and 1.
Join them on the Sunday Escape to hear the best in new music, including three tracks from their album of the week, along with a carefully curated selection of classics, plus interviews with guests from all over the city and beyond. There’s also occasional live music in the studio and all the details of upcoming music events in Hong Kong.
On top of all that is “Biscuit Review”, now a Sunday Escape institution, a feature perfectly designed to complement the most eclectic mix of music on Radio 3.

Paul and Carolyn are back for another Sunday Escape, featuring three hours of the best new and independent music which this week includes music from Bloc Party, Desperate Journalist, ARXX, Public Service Broadcasting, Dog Race, W.H. Lung, Katy J Pearson and more. There’s also a collaboration between Quavo and Lana Del Rey.
Given the sheer volume of new music there’s not much time for the usual features, but there will be an update on Paul’s experiences at open air gigs across the UK (in the rain), a new and rather tricky Super Clever Music Mystery Quiz, and the spoils of an epic expedition in search of new biscuits!
