Welcome to your Thursday Brew. We'll jump straight in after the news with another collection of tracks that are all... 'Brewed in HK'. Mark Rawson has been out there collecting, and he'll be with us to introduce you to another slice of homegrown talent. At 12:40 we're off to the opera! We'll welcome Peter Gordon, who's the Artistic Director of operalab, who essentially take well known large operas, shrink them (seriously so), and take them out to all sorts of cool venues around town. Today he'll invite you to his micro-version of the Puccini classic... La Boheme. This coming weekend we'll be covering the 2024 Hong Kong Open (that's golf) in some depth with Danny Hicks. Even though the event starts in earnest today, the rain really hasn't helped. Danny will be with us at 1:25 for a 'Sports and All' Extra, live from Fanling. Join him on Facebook live.

Happy Tuesday and welcome to The Brew. Today’s choice is; brain gain or information overload? That’s Morris Miselowski's topic of the day. Is social media increasing young people's brain power, or is it to blame for an increasing amount of mental health issues? In true social media style, we found articles that reflect both angles. Join Morris at 12:10. Jarrod Watt on his travels today, and will be back next week. And, as usual at 1:25, Dr. Merrin Pearse will be with us from Wellington in New Zealand for this week's eco-bit. Join him on Facebook live if you can.
