Hosted by Phil Whelan, guests include regular contributors and drop-ins, who span topics from current affairs to cookery, sport, the arts, technology, and music... lots of music. For 19 years, Phil has presented 'Morning Brew', but now that we've moved to the lunchtime spot, all we need to change is the name. We have the same MB crew coming to you on the same days, and we're open for business... as usual.

On Thursday's Brew we're kicking off in the usual style with more 'Brewed in HK' tracks, courtesy of Mark Rawson. As always, everything you'll hear at the top of the show has been created by more of hong Kong's top artists and performers. Welcome to Wednesday, here on The Brew. It’s Tracy Quan day, as our New York correspondent joins us live at 12:10 with all her latest news, views, and a brand new poem. Philippe Dova is away for one more week, but he says "hi", and he’s looking forward to returning next Wednesday. Paul Archibald will be with you at 1:25 for this week's slice of classical music. It’s going to be unashamedly excessive today, as he just wants to talk about some of his favourite big, juicy, opera arias. That's is a great excuse to play you some more absolutely fantastic music, as always, by the great masters.
