Welcome to your Thursday Brew. We'll jump straight in after the news with another collection of tracks that are all... 'Brewed in HK'. Mark Rawson has been out there collecting, and he'll be with us to introduce you to another slice of homegrown talent. At 12:40 we're off to the opera! We'll welcome Peter Gordon, who's the Artistic Director of operalab, who essentially take well known large operas, shrink them (seriously so), and take them out to all sorts of cool venues around town. Today he'll invite you to his micro-version of the Puccini classic... La Boheme. This coming weekend we'll be covering the 2024 Hong Kong Open (that's golf) in some depth with Danny Hicks. Even though the event starts in earnest today, the rain really hasn't helped. Danny will be with us at 1:25 for a 'Sports and All' Extra, live from Fanling. Join him on Facebook live.

Welcome to a wet Wednesday on The Brew. Cheer up though, as the guy on the radio says the weekend will be sunny. At 12:10 today we're off to New York to catch up with Tracy Quan, who will tell you all about the incoming US president’s appointees. Who are these people? Tracy will tell you. At 12:40, live from Singapore, it’s our weekly chat with RTL France's man in Asia, Philippe Dova. Then, after the news at 1, more classical music from our friend Paul Archibald, who will be with you from Bangkok. Today he'll feature not only one of the greatest composers that ever lived, but will focus on the game changing part of this guy's musical life. Standby for some top grade... Igor Stravinsky.
