The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) in Hong Kong is highly efficient in combating corruption and serves as a model for anti-corruption agencies worldwide. In line with the goal of building a “Clean Silk Road”, the ICAC actively collaborates with Belt and Road countries, organizing training programmes for their anti-corruption personnel to enhance their capabilities in fighting corruption.
