新冠肺炎疫情下,每日做適量運動能保持身體健康,有效減低感染風險。
3位各具特色的老、中、青代表,尹光、鄧兆尊、郭漢柱會聯同健美女主持黃愷怡及張嘉欣,每集介紹一種另類室內運動,例如攀石、藝術體操、彈床、劍擊、滑板、拉丁舞、醒獅、瑜珈、桌球、草地滾球等,通過錯誤中學習及互相比拼,令觀眾認識各項運動的好處。
同時每集會邀請運動專家講解各項運動對老中青年人的益處,鼓勵疫情期間不同年齡層嘅觀眾多做運動,增強心肺功能,達到共同抗疫效果。
