Country leaders and representatives gather to negotiate on mechanisms to assist low-income countries in transitioning to a zero-carbon economy, mobilizing funds for communities most affected by climate change to enhance resilience and address the climate crisis. This summit has propelled several milestone agreements. What profound impacts will these have on global climate action and green development in Hong Kong?
