Dr. Pui-wah Choi: The Science of Happiness

Dr. Choi, a holder of a PhD from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the founder of a Biotech company, is an accomplished female biomedical scientist with a profound interest in addressing women's diseases. Her doctoral research primarily focused on ovarian cyst formation and the migration of ovarian cancer cells. She pursued postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. This included the discovery of new biomarkers for diagnosing and prognosing ovarian cancer.
Through her groundbreaking work, she has made significant contributions to the field by inventing a non-invasive kit that combines a sanitary pad for self-testing for cervical cancer. The journey of scientific invention bears a striking resemblance to that of Monk Tong, who obtained the sutra. Along the path to the east, obstacles abound. As a female scientist, Dr. Choi will share her personal experience and insights on overcoming challenges while striving to enhance human health and well-being. San Wong : Robotic Dream

Mr San Wong is the founder of a technology start-up in Hong Kong. He developed the ARC robotic automation system which is globally recognized and adopted by the government and the space research center. The platform can make the construction and inspection industry safer and more secure. San is also recognized as The Leaders of Tomorrow in TatlerAsia Gen. T list 2023 for his contribution. After his further studies in the United States, he find that life is full of possibilities and has started his own robotic dream.
