It is everyone’s wish to enjoy our twilight years in peace; with medical technology advancing and more and more people opting for early retirement, life after 50 means going on for several extra decades. Making good use of this new phase of life is, therefore, a topic worthy of some good, serious reflection.

 

This is the sixth season of the TV series “Golden Age”, as well as our fifth co-production effort with the Elderly Commission, continuing a run which has won 16 international TV awards with previous series. This 10-episode documentary series, based on the theme “Active Ageing”, disseminates the message of healthy elderly life through the life and experience of various individuals of this age group.
