If extreme weather becomes normal, some areas of the world will become extremely dry in the future, while other areas will experience continuous heavy rains. In order to change a future with very extreme weather, scientist Emma traveled through time and space, returned to modern times, and searched for the key to reversing climate change. By chance, Emma met Andrew, the scientific director of the Hong Kong Observatory. During the process, Emma discovered that the Observatory’s employees, with their innovative spirit, science and diversified cooperation, are responsible for improving society’s ability to defend and cope with various extreme weather conditions.
