We will visit the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29) in Baku, Azerbaijan, to discuss the green energy collaborations between China and Azerbaijan under the Belt and Road Initiative. We'll also experience the joys of sustainable tourism in the region. Hong Kong, a leading international green finance hub, plays a crucial role in promoting ESG and the transition to a low-carbon economy.     Energy transition is a globally agreed critical climate solution. Under the Belt and Road Initiative, China and Azerbaijan have embarked on extensive green energy cooperation projects. The Gobustan Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant in Gobustan is the first utility-scale renewable energy project in the region, providing ample power to the area and reducing nearly 200,000 tons of carbon emissions annually.
